Evenbeter adds AI screening and analytics tools to back-office platform

The update embeds investigation, tournament planning, and retention tools directly into existing operator workflows, with administrators retaining granular control over each AI feature.

Artificial intelligence is rapidly moving from a strategic priority into live operator tooling across the iGaming sector, with 56% of industry companies listing AI integration as a top-three business priority in 2026. Evenbeter announced on 14 October 2026 an expanded suite of AI and analytics capabilities within its back-office platform, targeting poker and casino operators.

AI-assisted screening and account investigation

The update’s most operationally significant addition is an AI-assisted screening layer that flags suspicious hands and account connections for closer human review.

By analysing player and tournament hand histories from the bubble stage onwards, alongside internal signals such as shared devices and payment connections, the system surfaces potential multi-accounting and coordinated activity without automatically establishing wrongdoing. Personal identifiers such as names and IP addresses are excluded from processing.

The screening capability is designed to support investigative workflows rather than replace them: Evenbeter, which rebranded from EvenBet Gaming in August 2026 and operates under an MGA B2B Critical Supply licence, positions the tools as context and prioritisation aids with final decisions remaining the operator’s responsibility.

Tournament validation and demand forecasting

Tournament teams gain a pre-launch validation tool that automatically checks proposed settings against expected participation, guarantees, payout structures, prize limits, and potential schedule conflicts. This is backed by AI-driven analysis of historical schedule performance to identify and remove underperforming time slots.

Demand forecasting accompanies the validation tool, providing confidence-range estimates for future cash-game and tournament activity. Operators can use this output to inform scheduling decisions before committing to a guarantee structure.

Reporting, retention, and responsible gaming markers

For day-to-day efficiency, operators can generate filters across player, transaction, and withdrawal lists using natural language prompts, removing the need for manual query configuration. Operational reports are enhanced with AI-generated summaries that include recommended next steps.

Retention analytics are sorted by churn risk and player value, and the update also introduces cash-game stake-economics reporting alongside responsible gaming behavioural markers benchmarked against individual and population baselines, a feature relevant to operators meeting compliance obligations across regulated jurisdictions.

Administrator controls and governance

Administrators retain full governance over the AI layer. Individual features can be enabled or disabled independently, daily request limits are configurable, assistant instructions can be tailored, and data scopes are strictly governed by existing back-office permission structures.

Alexander Tamplon, CTO at Evenbeter, said:

‘An operator needs to understand what deserves attention and what to check next. We are bringing that support directly into the back office: highlighting suspicious hands and account links, checking tournament settings before launch, and helping teams interpret reports. The tools provide context and recommendations, while operators remain responsible for the decisions.’
